When your hotels are far from Tumon - Tamuning Village such
asLeopalece resort, Ladera Tower and so on, please use a courtesy
bus ofyour hotel and come to a hotel in Tumon Village such as
Westin Hotel.
And then we arrange transportation to and from the hotel with
pleasure. |

Do you accept credit card? |

Credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB) is available in this shop
and withdrawn in US dollars.
Paying with US dollars in cash or traveler's checks, the price
is same as the price page of this site since we bear the tax.
But using credit card, we change 5% tax on the fee.
When you pay the fee in Japan beforehand, credit card is not
available. |

How do I take lunch? |

Please enjoy to take lunch box at the beach with our staffs. |

Do I have to wear a rash guard for participation
without exception? |

Without a rash guard, you can ride on Marine Jet but you are
unable to participate in Touring course for your safety. |

About a rash guard, which is suitable with
long sleeves or short sleeves? |

|
It is up to you but there is strong ultraviolet light in Guam
eight times as much as Japan. Therefore we recommend to wear
a long sleeved rash guard. |

When I forget a rash guard, what should
I do ? |

|
Touring course is required to wear a rash guard and please
use a rental wet suit ($10). |

Can I join in several courses in a day?
In this case, do you make a discount? |

You can enjoy 2 courses and more in a day but we don’t have
discount rates. |

For taking photos, can I join in the course
with my camera ? |

|
You can take photos at the beach but for safety we would prefer
you not to ride Marine Jet with a camera. Also bringing a camera
to ship is banned because there is possibility that the camera
will be broken by shock of waves or be dropped down to ocean.
However if you have a Boating License and show it to our staff,
you can have a camera on board a ship. |

If the weather is bad on that day, is it
possible to change the date to the next day and the day after? |

Every morning, our staff goes to the reef and checks the marine
condition for deciding whether conduct the courses or not. If
the course is cancelled for the sake of safety, you can change
the date and participate in the course on the next day and the
day after. In this case, we don’t charge the additional fee
for changing the date
but you have to make a new reservation except the schedules
booked already. |

Point only? |

Yes, now we have one course to Two Loves Point for safety
reasons. |

Do you have rental sunglasses and so on? |

We don’t offer sunglasses and goggles for rent. Please prepare
those by yourself. |

We would like to introduce "Harmony
Kids” in Westin Resort. The opening hours are from 8 am
to 7pm and there is no transportation service.

Can I drive to the shop by rent car? |

It is possible to drive to our shop by yourself.
When you make your reservation, please let us know about driving
and we will send the map with the direction to the shop. |

Can I participate in activities without
an advanced reservation in Japan? |

After arriving at Guam, you can make a reservation but a person
who made the advanced reservation takes priority.
Hence we inform you about available schedule except reservations
and choose your time for activities.
Please note that sometimes your ideal schedule is booked and
you can not participate in. |

How long does each course takes? |

Marine Jet course takes about 30 minutes including explanation.
Touring course takes about 60 minutes including explanation.
2 or 3hours is the total time with transportation service. |

I have a jet skiing license in Japan and
can I join in Touring course with my child together? |

|
We are afraid but person aged over 14 is able to join in Touring
course. The regulation in Guam is different from Japanese one.
Even if the protector has the license and ride together but
people under aged 14 is not arrowed to do. |

Is it possible for 6 people to join in
Touring course? |

|
For safety reasons, One tour has 5 Marine Jets. When 6 people
want to ride on one for each, we ask to divide into 2 parties,
4 plus 2 or 3 plus 3 etc,.
Also 2 persons can ride on one Marine Jet, so using 3 jets for
2 persons each. |

Can I rent Marine Jet for a day? |

For safety reasons, we do not rent for Marine Jet. We hope
you will understand the situation. |

during the course? |

When will I get back to my hotel? |

Busses depart from the shop at 1pm, 2pm, 3 pm and 4pm.
When you request to return to your hotels before 1pm, please
consult us.

Can I ride on Marine Jet freely? |

For your safety, an instructor attends on your ride.
We are afraid that you can not do touring by yourself. Please
follow the instruction by the instructor and enjoy your ride
